The Illinois Lottery televised its “Million Dollar Summer” finale game show. Players turned in $30 worth of non-winning tickets all summer long to be part of a second-chance drawing that guaranteed $50,000 for each winner. Sixteen lucky winners had the opportunity to walk away a millionaire.
